Blizzard employees, who are responsible for the multiplayer action game Overwatch 2, published a trailer on YouTube, which is dedicated to the new (already 36th in number) hero of the game. Ramattra, as the character's name is, used to be a military robot and commanded on the battlefield omniches, but then he went to religion. Let's find out what's remarkable about a machine with a human mind.

In the universe of the game there are many robot omnipotent machines. It is a race created in autonomous factories and consisting of a single generation of machines, which are gradually dying out. After all, the Omnics are used for the most dangerous tasks, including in war, and after their rebellion people have become imbued with hatred for the intelligent "tin men" - and constantly organize pogroms. Ramattra grew tired of this attitude toward his people. He went to Shambhala, wishing to learn the wisdom of the monks there, but his meditations were to no avail. Then he decided to lead a community of robots to build his own civilization away from humanity.

Ramattra will become the 36th hero in the roster of Overwatch 2. By his role in the team he is a tank, which means he bursts into a group of enemies and takes damage while his partners act. The robot will be available to users after December 6 this year - when the second season begins.
