Remedy will be testing its co-op shooter

The authors of Max Payne, Alan Wake and Control from the Finnish studio Remedy Entertainment intend to invite regular gamers to the closed testing of the action game FBC: Firebreak. In the game, remember, you need to gather a team of heroes and level by level to clear a huge building from ghosts and other representatives of otherworldly forces. The test will be held from May 15 to May 19 on PC and consoles, and to participate you need to leave an application on the official website of the game. We tell you more about this event.

The game's community manager has addressed the public with good news: at the request of fans, the developers have decided to hold a technical test this month. Only it should be taken into account that the event is closed, that is, it will be forbidden to discuss impressions on forums, share information about the current state of the project in social networks, publish screenshots and videos. Such rights will be granted only to press representatives who sign a corresponding agreement. The test, according to Remedy employees, is held to test the algorithm of selection of squad members, to test two tasks (Paper Chase and Ground Control) and three sets of equipment.

To get acquainted with the cooperative shooter you need to go to the official website, create an account, specify your e-mail address, confirm your age and wait for feedback. But first, make sure that your equipment is suitable: if you have a computer, it must have at least 16 GB of RAM, as well as a video card of RTX 2080 Ti level and a processor Ryzen 7 3700X or similar. After receiving the key, you need to do the following: open Steam, select "Add Game" at the bottom and enter the code received by mail. On consoles the test version of Firebreak is added through the store menu.
