Grab and Run! Rainbow Six Extraction has a new event

Ubisoft Montreal staff added the fourth crisis in the cooperative action thriller Rainbow Six Extraction, where a team of special forces is fighting against a horde of aliens. This time the operatives will have to steal the alien artifact and deliver it to a special container. The developers have already shared with the public the timing and details of this event, which was named After Effect.

In case you have forgotten the rules of the game, let me remind you: a team of fighters under the control of gamers must land on the location (to make an "invasion") and take turns to perform three random tasks. Evacuation of the group can be requested after completing all three stages or after the first - here it all depends on circumstances. After Effect adds a new plot to this set with the theft of the Death Marker from the aliens' nest. The catch is that it's impossible to take the item out alone, as the bearer's vision gradually deteriorates. Team members have to take the ball one at a time - until everyone makes it to the final point of the route, where the container is located.

Also in After Effect, users will meet a new enemy that can enhance the aliens around him, and also find a special harness to equip the heroes and push the enemies. Event-related item sets and rewards are included. Access is open Oct. 27 through Nov. 17, 2022.
