Destiny mobile version unveiled

Bungie's online shooter Destiny has become a classic of the genre, but until recently it was presented only on consoles and PC. Soon the situation will change - and users of mobile devices running iOS and Android will join the ranks of the Guardians as well. For the development of the new version, called Destiny: Rising, is responsible for the Chinese company NetEase, which also made Diablo: Immortal for Blizzard. Let's tell you what we know about this announcement at the moment.

Bungie employees appear in the new project only in the role of consultants. Nevertheless, the mobile action movie repeats familiar motifs. Its action will unfold in the same universe, where humanity is on the brink of extinction, and the Guardians and Ghosts must revive it, fighting evil. Only the events of Rising take place many years before the plot of the first and second numbered parts of the game. Here, the heroes will have to explore different locations on Earth, including Sanctuary and the Jiangshi Underground. Gamers will find familiar characters, though they will have to play as a Wolf fighter with customizable appearance in the editor.

Weapons will be divided into two types - basic and enhanced. From the modes announced Haven Ops Strike and raids in Gauntlet Ops, as well as other PvE-activities. Naturally, support for touch controls is promised, but nothing will prevent you from connecting a gamepad - this option is also planned for release. When exactly will be the release of the game, no one has not yet reported. But it is known that from November 1 will begin its testing - to sign up for it, you need to go to the official website and leave an application there.
