A release trailer for Dungeon Stalkers has been published

A fantasy PvPvE shooter from Korean developers at ONEUNIVERSE is about to become available to all gamers. The project's release is scheduled for August 13, and it will be free-to-play from the very start. All you'll need to launch it is a Steam account and a desire to battle monsters in the darkness of caves. The game follows the same principle as many other extraction-based entertainments: you need to assemble a team and enter a combat zone where you'll face both monsters of all kinds and other squads of players. Those who survive the fights, collect loot, and escape to safety on their own two feet will achieve success.

The trailer shows characters that will be available for selection before a raid. These include the royal guard Hilda, armed with a shield and sword; the hunter from the wild lands Uruud with a bow; the desert assassin Rio; and the sorceress Naeve, who casts spells on enemies using a staff. Also appearing in the roster are Clad, fulfilling the classic paladin role; the dark pilgrim Rene (who summons a pair of astral assistants); the bruiser Baran, wielding a two-handed sword; the archer Lian; and the master of stealth attacks Shinobu. In general, the game has a class system—and success will largely depend on how wisely you select heroes for your team.

The game's uniqueness lies not only in its magical setting. The dungeons where characters descend deserve special attention. Here, the rules can change at any moment since the caves are under the influence of a witch's curse. And since no one knows what effects will be active in a particular location, this will create an element of surprise and encourage all squad members to use their wits. Not to mention the clashes with other teams also wandering in search of loot.
