RF Online Next release date announced

Netmarble has announced that the long-awaited sci-fi MMO game RF Online Next, about battles between humans and robots for resources, will be released on June 17. At least, this is the date scheduled for the server launch, and a day before this event, gamers will be allowed to start pre-loading the client. In addition, translations into different languages have already been announced, including Russian — though only in the form of subtitles and a localized interface. On its release day, the game will be available not only on the official website but also in the Google Play and App Store. The developers are keeping quiet about a premiere on Steam and Epic Games Store for now. But it is already known that the project develops the ideas of the original MMO, where several factions fight for control over resource sources in a distant galaxy. To achieve success on the battlefield, warriors use biological power suits and mechs called "Shingi". The gameplay combines role-playing elements and a combat system that gives full control over the characters' actions. Both PvE activities and PvP clashes are announced, with a major role in the latter given to team interaction.

Netmarble employees promise fans of the genre a main storyline dedicated to the history of the confrontation between three industrial empires, as well as missions that will allow improving the fighters' stats and obtaining rare items. What else is noteworthy is that the game will feature instant class switching (for this, one only needs to change the bio-suit) and six main specializations.
