No Man's Sky invites you to go fishing

Hello Games employees remind fans of their endless space simulator No Man's Sky that the mechanics of one of the previous expeditions with fishing in water bodies of different planets have returned to the game for a while, until January 22. It's not for you to go to the neighboring lake for crucian carp - you will have to fish in extreme conditions, for example, in a life-threatening atmosphere. Seekers of unexplored worlds will have to create special devices and get resources for their crafting to get the rarest species in the collection.

The Aquarius update appeared in the game back in the fall of 2024, but the fishing gameplay was so well liked by the public that the developers decided to bring it back for a while. Clearly, it's nice for anyone to take a break from interstellar flights and sit with a fishing rod on the riverbank on a newly discovered planet. And you can do it together with your friends, if you play in multiplayer mode. And your vacation is not limited to the beach, because now you have access to the ExoSkiff platform, which allows you to sail farther away from the shore and catch more fish, and also gives you protection from acid rain.

But that's not all: the astronauts have at their disposal a special suit for deep-sea diving - with Deep Sea equipment, it's easier to spot rare creatures that stay away from the water surface. The activity will last until the 22nd of this month, and then users will receive an updated The Cursed expedition and will be able to fly the UFO-inspired Boundary Herald starship.
