The hairy bogeyman wins: the renewed character of League of Legends

The Riot Games staff conducted a poll on which of the characters from League of Legends, a MOBA game, would be worth remaking. The public chose Udyr - a thunderer with magic fists, who uses the power of animals to attack in close combat. The developers have already started to change his appearance and skills - to make the fans have no doubt about it, a new trailer of the character has been recently published.

According to the rules of the survey, Udyr must have his appearance and skills redone. He is one of the oldest characters in the game, having existed in the game since 2009. He is a shaman by profession, but doesn't shy away from fist fights. In normal form, the fighter has four stances associated with animals, including mythical ones. Their number will continue to remain the same, but judging by the recent video, some things will still change - for example, the phoenix stand will now freeze opponents instead of burning.

Also in the gameplay video changes in other skills can be seen. The appearance of the shaman also finalized, leaving the main features: the beard, long hair, huge muscles and tall. Previously, the studio Riot Games announced that the updated Udir will be presented in early 2022. However, this did not happen - the release of changes to the character design will be held together with the patch 12.16 near the end of the summer.
