«Hunter's Trial» and «Spring Rites» in Albion Online

Studio Sandbox Interactive is hard at work preparing its MMORPG Albion Online for the release of the «Shimmering Wilds» update — this event is scheduled for April 13. But while the developers are preparing a major expansion, the game has received a patch related to the start of another referral season. In it, heroes will be able to ride the Misty Doe for invited friends, and also complete quests to obtain the Black Panther. Moreover, traditional Easter activities have begun in Albion, which will last until the 14th of this month.

With the start of «Spring Rites», rabbits and chocolate eggs hidden in chests have appeared on the map. Those who find such a treat will receive a 15% fame boost for half an hour. Also, if lucky, one might find an inedible egg — from which a regular or Carleon rabbit can be hatched. This is a swift mount that, in addition to its running speed, can perform instant jumps. Among the interesting finds, characters will come across egg launchers — thematic decorative weapons. Those who want more rewards can focus on regular open-world activities like hunting or gathering. All these actions will unlock stages of the «Hunter's Trial» and allow players to earn not only account decorations but also the Black Panther — its «Acceleration» ability leaves no chance for the pursued victim.

Users who invite friends to the game will also receive their bonuses. For one invite, they'll receive 200,000 fame and the Misty Doe — a beautiful mount with glowing antlers. If there are more invitees, players can earn additional fame points, and for each one, they'll receive 500 gold coins. To participate, you need to invite someone via the referral link and wait until your friend activates at least one month of premium.
