Glitter attacks: Fortnite's Paradise has begun

The developers of "battle royale" Fortnite announced the beginning of a new season, which they called "Paradise". The game's virtual universe is apparently made wild by the aggressive substance Chromium, which attacks all forms of life and does not let the heroes sleep in peace. So they need to take up arms and fight this plague. A cinematic trailer brings you up to speed, and we cover the details below.

The fourth season of the third chapter promises to be a fascinating adventure. First of all, there is a lot of intrigue associated with Chromium: this substance destroys, but it can also help in battle. For example, it now produces grenades that can "liquefy" any wall: just throw such an explosive into an obstacle - and then go through it like a knife through butter. And if you throw a chromium explosive under your feet, your character gets invulnerability for a while. The same substance makes fighters faster and lighter - when they, say, change shelters or jump from rooftops.

Secondly, the new conditions of battle influenced the design of levels - in the action game appeared the "flying" location Cloudy abode. We are talking about the structures raised above the ground, so that the Chromium does not penetrate there. To get to this fortress allows launch platforms, scattered around the island. Of course, the new substance has also affected the arsenal of heroes: the developers added Chromium shotguns and automatic rifles to the game - in addition to the previous guns, which remained in place. The nice bonuses of Divine World are portable pocket bunkers and keys that allow you to open crates of loot. The update is already available on the Fortnite servers.
