Eximius: Seize the Frontline update and giveaway

In an unusual multiplayer action game that combines elements of shooter and strategy, the third season has opened. Gamers will be updated the model of light on the maps, replenishment of the arsenal and improvement of the characters' skills. Also the project by Ammobox will be available for free on the Epic Games digital store until January 5, 2023.

In the game, a team of players can fight against another of the same squad or fighters under the control of artificial intelligence. At the same time, some participants of the battle run around the location with weapons and look at the virtual world from the first person, while the team leaders observe the firefight from above, give orders, place artillery and develop the base. The action thriller is set on Earth after a global catastrophe. Starting with the third season, Eximius: Seize the Frontline switches to the Unreal Engine 5 - this changes all graphics, including lighting and ray tracing support.

As for gameplay changes, squad leaders can now assign any key to different commands. Support units appeared: a crawler, a tracked vehicle with an energy shield and another stealth vehicle capable of laying mines. The balance of combat suits was also changed, and the armor commander lost the ability to fire artillery strikes, but gained the "Bombardment" ability. Changed the specifics of other generals - for example, the infantryman learned to heal his soldiers gathered around the BMP. Completing the list of features of the patch are improved localizations (including Russian) and bug fixes.
