Enlisted is coming back to Steam

The multiplayer action game Enlisted about the battles of World War II was not lucky with its debut on Valve's platform. For a while the game had to be removed from the store shelves. But employees of Darkflow Software studio did a great job - and now the online shooter is available not only in the corporate launcher, but also in the regular Steam client. The re-launch was preceded by thorough preparations. In particular, many technical deficiencies were corrected. Fusion charges began to be triggered when they collided with wooden walls, instead of flying through them. Character animations and artificial intelligence were finalized. Designers revised the recoil formula for firearms, added reactive artillery to matches and corrected the balance, including the behavior of anti-tank guns. In other words, users are now getting a different game than they saw when it was first released on the digital store. But that's not all.

The developers promise a quick and seamless transfer of progress from the client version of the shooter to the stim version. But for this you need to go through the procedure of linking accounts. Also announced support for the portable console Steam Deck - with an adapted interface for it. Finally, added a couple of premium squads. We are talking about parachutists with a machine gun "Type Hey", which has a steel shield that covers part of the view, but protects the shooter, and engineers with automatic rifles Winchester G30R. The latter group has a radio operator capable of calling in rocket artillery strikes on a specified point. It's worth noting that both squads are included in the paid DLC, although Enlisted itself is available for free.
