Finally: Russian language added to Hytale

The developers of the main competitor to Minecraft from Hypixel Studio rolled out an update for their «cubic sandbox» with RPG elements - Hytale. Among the changes, the Russian localization, animal taming mechanics, map markers for navigation, sickles, rock climbing, and avatar customization are worth mentioning separately. This is just part of the third patch - there will be more such updates in the future, as the development team is actively hiring employees, including from fan communities.

As many already know, the new game doesn't just repeat Markus Persson's concept but adds RPG gameplay and a full-fledged story campaign to it. This time, the «Curse Breaker» scenario was released - according to its authors, this story will develop until the day of the full release when the heroes finally reach the main villain's lair. Several interesting mechanics will help players get acquainted with the virtual world. First of all, it's worth mentioning animal taming - provided your character has their favorite food with them. Then, depending on the type of animal, you can milk, shear, saddle it, or simply keep it on your estate for fun. Any act of aggression towards the animal will cause it to run back into the wild.

Another important innovation is the improved climbing system: it's now allowed to change the angle of ascent and swing on a rope. The third is sickles, which allow harvesting a large number of grains in one swing. Markers will come in handy when playing with friends: you can place marks on the map to show everyone where to go or mark interesting places. In adventures, a friendly squad will definitely find the goblin flamethrower useful - considering the refined fire spread system, using such a cannon will be not only effective but also beautiful. And those who care about aesthetics can also play around with avatar settings.
