After the summer patch 1.3 the role-playing action game studio CD Projekt RED did not receive any major updates. The developers announced that there will be no 1.4 update, and they moved 1.5 from the end of 2021 to the first quarter of 2022 - along with the Cyberpunk 2077 adaptation for the current-generation consoles. Recently a Reddit user noticed that the game's files on Steam have been changed. Does this mean the beginning of the release of the promised content?
How ambitious were the announcements of Cyberpunk 2077, so serious were the problems of the game after the release. Users were dissatisfied with the abundance of bugs, the low quality of the open world, the lack of a fundamental difference between the plots of heroes of different origins. Not to mention the failed release on last generation consoles. As a result, the shares of CD Projekt RED plummeted in value, the company has gone through a trial with investors, but still promises to fix all the errors, improve the quality of its work and in addition release new DLC. The main event, which fans are waiting for is the patch 1.5, scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

Recently a mysterious Cyberpunk 2077 update was found in the Steam database. Data from it is not available to ordinary users, but the very fact that the files have changed may indicate that the developers are testing the content or software solutions for the game. Recall that with the patch 1.5 is planned not only bug fixes, but also the release of major free additions, as well as the release of enhanced versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. CD Projekt RED representatives have not yet changed last year's development roadmap.
