Balenos, cheer up: Black Desert update

Developers MMORPG Black Desert released a large patch of 1.35 GB. It adds to the game new locations, monsters and allies, changes the weather effects and a chain of quests associated with the terrain Balenos, contains updates to the characteristics of heroes, items and interface. It's announced 159 changes - we won't discuss them all, but talk about the most important ones.

As the developers themselves say, the changes in the quests of Balenos are designed to make the world and the relationships between the characters clearer. Which is very helpful, because we are talking about the starting area, where newcomers start their journey. Instead of the chain associated with the mountain of Eternal Winter, you can now choose the "Ancient Stone Chamber" storyline and go through all the quests one by one. In the process, new characters like the alchemist's daughter Eileen and the princess of Serendia will meet, as well as powerful enemies like the imp boss nicknamed Red Nose and the goblin king. If you have already begun to pass the missions of the previous version of the game, do not worry - you can switch at any time, and the outcome of the entire line of events are determined by the tasks-crossroads.

On the map appeared the land of Elvia, where the evil goddess Hadum builds intrigues, because of which the nature of this location has become distorted. Here you can not only observe interesting visual effects (like the rapid change of weather), but also to get rare materials. Such phenomena appear in the "Rifts of Despair", where the Shadow of Nightmare enemy is also found, and defeating him brings a valuable reward. As usual at Pearl Abyss, all new content is qualitatively animated and voiced by actors.
