Beautiful and dangerous: The Awakening of Drakania in Black Desert

As fans of the MMORPG Black Desert remember, at the end of March, along with the update about the Mountain of Perpetual Winter developers introduced another character class - Drakania. And now the Pearl Abyss staff showed how this girl fights in an awakened state - an idea of her fighting style gives a video, recently published on YouTube. Gamers will be able to try out the new heroine's skills until the end of July.

Drakania became the 24th type in the set of Black Desert Online heroes. From now on she, like a number of other characters, is available to awaken after level 56. This means that she gets additional combat skills and can take paired weapons, more effective in battle. Awakened Drakania wields a pair of short spears and moves quickly with her ash wings. This can come in handy when fighting a group of enemies or when the enemy is clumsy. Also the heroine now has two combat styles. The first, "Dragon's Blood", is associated with powerful but slow attacks, while "Cursed Blood", on the contrary, speeds up movements and reduces damage.

Participation in the early version of "Drakania Awakening" is designed as an event, which will be available until July 19 by individual invites through the game's official website. Such invites will be received by 50 Black Desert users who have access to the "Lab". Later, on July 22, test servers will open for a wider range of those wishing to experience the updated heroine in action.
