From the Rift to the Breton Seas: the big changes in TES Online
Whatever happens to the MMORPG genre, The Elder Scrolls Online withstands any competition and has been pleasing its audience for eight years. The developers have recently shared their plans for 2022: the whole year will be devoted to the adventure "Breton", which consists of four additions - by the number of seasons. Gamers are waiting for new locations, plots, characters, pets, and more card minigame. The release date of the first and second portions of the content has already been announced.
The first part of Breton Legacy, Growing Wave, will be available starting March 14. It will open up access to a couple of dungeons to play with friends, bring back some famous characters, and add achievements, sets, and collections. The next addition, "High Island," will become available on June 6. Here we will find a story campaign for 30 hours, and a whole archipelago, which once belonged to the aristocracy of Bretons - these lands have not previously appeared in The Elder Scrolls Online. In addition, there will be a "Reef of Sinister Sails" challenge for a dozen gamers, two unique companions, an event called "Rift", boss lairs and a card game "Legends of Rewards", for winning which is entitled to a prize.
The remaining two chapters will be released in the third and fourth quarters of 2022. You will be able to buy additional content for in-game currency - crowns. Those who would like to try the update in advance, can do so on the public test servers, where "Growing Wave" will appear on January 31.
