Until recently, the studio Sandbox Interactive kept silent about the update for Albion Online, which is set to release on July 4th. But on the eve of the long-awaited release, the company's creative co-director Michael Schwan told the public what to expect from this patch. In 'Keeper Uprising', planned for the entire next guild season, players will face opponents from the Ashborn group and complete a series of missions across the entire MMORPG map to earn unique rewards.

What to do in 'Keeper Uprising' in Albion Online?

Finally, it has become known what kind of portals are appearing on the territory of Albion. Through them, starting on the 4th of next month, representatives of the Ashborn will begin their invasion. But they will appear, according to the developers, in unexpected locations — where they are least expected. So heroes will have to thoroughly explore territories to find an opponent, fight them, and get a reward. This activity will only be available during the 33rd guild season and will yield trial points — alongside raids and fishing. Those who seriously take up the search for the Ashborn will eventually be able to collect a set of items, including armor, a helmet, and an avatar frame.

Along with the introduction of new enemies, a lore fragment feature will appear in the game — it will allow you to learn more about Albion's past and present. The first chapter will reveal more interesting things about the Keepers. But to read it, you need to find secret locations on the map and open several safes. Here you will also be able to get trophies that can neither be bought nor traded — only used. Collecting lore fragments and defeating invading creatures will grant active users might points, and they, in turn, will bring a lot of benefit to guilds.
