Through your prayers: Ashes of Creation introduced the cleric class

Intrepid studio employees held a broadcast, where they told about the creation of MMORPG Ashes of Creation. Stream was mainly dedicated to what to expect the public from the second phase of the alpha-testing of the game. And expected some very interesting things, including the mechanics of changing the time of day and the appearance of a new support class - cleric. One of the project's designers showed what this character is like in action.

We don't know when exactly the next phase of testing will start. But we already know exactly what will appear in the update. We are talking, of course, about a class of cleric, who is equally good with a sword and magic, but on the battlefield acting as a supporter. As noted by the presenter of the stream, the presence of such a hero in the squad - a guarantee that the unit will win. Cleric's abilities were shown on the example of a party, which also included a warrior and a ranger. During battles, the support character reinforced the tanked comrade and healed the wounded, casting spells on a whole area. Also in the broadcast noticed that users will be available to switch freely between attacks with and without targeting.

In the role of opponents on the stream appeared wolves, zombies and other creatures that the developers will inhabit the world of Ashes of Creation. And to make the fabulous universe feel even more alive, it will add the change of day and night. Intrepid's designers showed us an accelerated look at how this will look in the final version of the game, with the moon and sun moving across the sky in a believable way. In addition, at night gamers will be able to find unique constellations, reaching certain locations.
