Russian online shooter NCORE announced

During the RED Expo, which replaced Igromir, a lot of interesting projects were presented. One of them was a free multiplayer action game from Astrum Entertainment, known for Warface and MMORPG Allods Online. Right now you can go to the official website of the game and leave an application to participate in the upcoming alpha testing. At the same time, the exact release date has not been announced yet.

According to the developers, the action of their online shooter unfolds in the distant future on Earth under the control of corporations. In order to distract the public from pressing problems, business leaders organize gladiatorial battles on the multi-arena, consisting of hexes (locations). Gladiators are coming together in mortal combat on different maps, where there will be competitions of PvP and PvE formats. Boss fights are also promised. Users will be able to team up in teams of three or act alone. The whole process is presented as a kind of show, watched by millions of spectators - in general, the concept is somewhat reminiscent of Apex Legends and The Finals.

The peculiarity of the project is the way the scenery is designed. Each hex offers new conditions: the heroes go to the Middle Ages, or fight on the background of skyscrapers or snowy mountains. But the conditions of victory in all cases are the same: you must defeat your opponent, pick up his token and take it to a special terminal. Weapon transformation is also announced - it will be possible, for example, to turn assault rifles into clubs for close combat. Who is interested in such gameplay, he is free to leave a request to participate in the alpha test. This activity, as well as the action movie itself, is available for free.
